This page explains how to request deletion of your account in the Happy World app (package live.happyworld.app) and the personal data attached to it.
Delete it in the app
The Happy World app deletes your account immediately — you do not need to contact us or wait for a reply.

Open the Account tab
Sign in on the device if you are signed out, then open the last tab.

Tap Delete account
It is the last item in the account menu, marked in red.

Confirm
The screen lists exactly what will be removed. Confirming deletes your account and its data straight away — there is no waiting period and no recovery.
Or ask us by email
If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the address on your account, including the email address and phone number registered on it. We confirm the account is yours, action the request within 30 days, and email you when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, email address, phone number, province, district, village and profile picture
- Your sign-in credentials, including any linked Google account
- Your booking history
- Your wallet balance, transaction history and top-up requests
- The bank transfer slip images you uploaded
- Your push notification tokens and notification preferences
What we may keep
- Accounting records of completed payments, where we are legally required to keep them. These are held apart from your account and are not used to identify you again.
- Match, fixture and tournament data, which is about teams and competitions rather than about you.
